Day 5
Here we are working on basic exercise. Exercise is a critical part of losing weight and a health journey. Starting off with the basics with 10K steps per day and resistance training a couple of days a week will pay off. I attempted to jump rope yesterday as a 'warm up' and did so for literally about 15 seconds and thought I was going to die and break an ankle (all at the same time). I guess walking would be a better way to start getting back into cardio training. Lol
