Most underrated moves that wrestlers need to use more?
I’ll go first, elbow control slideby. Low risk to attempt, if it doesn’t work you can just return to your own tie up and if you hit it, you can get a simple takedown from there.
What techniques should we show next??
Comment what moves you’d like for us to show!!! 🔥🔥

What do you guys think of my wrestling system?
First level are the main takedowns, 2nd level are the finishes. I don't like hitting knees during my takedowns so any takedowns I do don't involve a knee on the mat. Any feedback on positions, takedowns, finishes, or counters is helpful :)

@Gio Loccisano I do both but from the quad pod, they are kinda interchangeable because when they're getting back up you can hook their leg and get to their back .

@Lealand Bates Yeah, I do incorporate as a separate double leg setup. I've been loving it

Stance is everything, practice your stance and distance from your opponent. Work on your head, hands, hips defense with things like head blocking, down blocking, and sprawls.

@Azfar Syed You can find some things on youtube. A lot of it is managing your opponent's pressure and being able to manage distance as well.
BJJ and weight training
How do I balance weigh training with training BJJ 7 days a week? I find my muscles are fatigued

@Alexander Duarte 100% agree. If I was going to add on anything it would be to prioritize animal protein for muscle recovery, collagen for joints, vitamins for health, and having a generally clean diet to maximize recovery. Supplements that may help are protein powder, creatine, and maybe some others. Last thing is hydrating throughout your workouts with a salt-based electrolyte to replenish your body and not drain yourself too much.
