Welcome to The Logistics War Room: Introduce Youself! (Start Here👇)
This is a community built for operators, not theorists. This isn’t another feel-good group filled with recycled advice and surface-level tactics. This is where execution wins. Where strategy meets intensity. Where we sharpen the edge daily—and get shit done. Step 1: Introduce yourself below! If you’re here, it means you’re either already dangerous—or getting there. (👇 copy/paste template👇) - Where are you from? - What’s your battlefield (brokerage, carrier, shipper, ops)? - What immediate help do you need? Step 2: Discover How to Unlock all the Classroom Resources Here’s what this community is about: - Sharing real, tested strategies in sales, brokerage, ops, and staffing. - Exposing what’s broken in the industry and how to fix it. - Building workflows, teams, and systems that actually scale. - Connecting with people who take this game seriously. - Colaboration over competatition.

Appreciate being let into Logistics War Room 🤝 I’m building PluggedIn — focused on improving how contractors actually get tools and materials by tightening the flow between demand and supply. From what I’ve seen, jobs don’t slow down from lack of work — they slow down when materials don’t show up on time, pricing shifts, or supply just breaks somewhere in the chain. I’m working on structuring that flow better — organizing real demand on one side and aligning it with reliable suppliers on the other. Big picture, I’m aiming to build this into something that can support consistent volume and eventually plug into larger contract fulfillment. I know there’s a lot to learn on the logistics side to do that right, so I’m here to listen, learn, and understand how you all are thinking about movement, coordination, and scale. Respect to everyone building real systems inCurious — where do you see the biggest breakdown happening right now in material flow or last-mile delivery?
