From what I’ve seen, jobs don’t slow down from lack of work — they slow down when materials don’t show up on time, pricing shifts, or supply just breaks somewhere in the chain. I’m working on structuring that flow better — organizing real demand on one side and aligning it with reliable suppliers on the other.
