While we are all impressed with technically perfect shredders, who do you think does a great job of putting emotion into their solos? For example: Eddie Van Halen is an excellent guitarist, but I don't think of his solos as full of emotion. But... Gary Moore was a virtuoso and he jam packed emotions into his solos. Still Got the Blues and Empty Rooms get me in the feels every time I listen to them. Another great example of emotional soloing: Myles Kennedy and Mark Tremonti on Blackbird.
