Tips for a newbie on a busy night?
Hello everyone, Im going to be slinging dogs at my local pub Friday night. I'm expecting to sell at least 200 hot dogs. This is my first busy night by my self and would love to hear some professional wisdom.
I've simplified my menu down to 8 toppings.
