I still remember hitting 100 and thinking — this is actually happening. Now we're the biggest coffee shop community on Skool. By far! And honestly? That means nothing without you in it. This community exists because 1,500 people decided that opening a coffee shop was worth taking seriously. Worth doing right. Worth getting real support for. That's not nothing. That's everything. ☕ If you're new here — welcome. You just joined the best place on the internet to go from idea to open doors. If you've been here since the beginning — thank you. You built this with me. The best part? We're just getting started. 🚀 Drop a ☕ below if you're proud to be part of this.

The “Invisible Call-to-Action” Problem
Your website might be getting visitors every day… But if your website doesn’t clearly tell people what to do next, many will leave without taking any action. Whether it’s booking a call, requesting a quote, or making a purchase, your website should make the next step obvious. A good website doesn’t just provide information—it guides visitors toward a decision.

Yep, so true. Thank you for your post
The “Slow Website” Warning
A slow website doesn't just test your visitors' patience... It gives them a reason to leave. Every extra second your website takes to load increases the chance that someone clicks away before seeing what you offer. Improving your website speed won't solve every business problem, but it removes one more obstacle between your visitors and becoming customers. ⚡

Yep! Makes sense. Thank you
The dream didn't die. It just got... quiet (for some). What got in the way? 🌱
You joined. Then you went quiet. What happened? A lot of you joined this community with a specific dream in mind. 🌟 Opening a café. Finally doing the thing. Getting out of the job that was slowly draining you. ☕ Some of you went quiet. I'm not judging — I've been there too. Life shifts. The fear gets louder than the plan. The timing never feels right. And at some point you stop talking about it because it starts to feel embarrassing that you haven't started yet. But I'm genuinely curious: What actually got in the way? 🔍 Was it money? 💸 Was it not knowing where to start? Was it someone close to you who thought it was a bad idea? 😬 Was it you — doubting yourself more than anything external? 🪞 Drop it in the comments. One sentence or ten, whatever feels right. ⬇️ No pitch after this. No follow-up sequence. No "have you considered booking a call?" reply. I just want to know what's real for people right now. Because if I'm going to keep building things that actually help — I need to hear what's actually stopping you. Not what I assume is stopping you. So tell me. What got in the way? 👇

The journey of 1,000 miles begins with the first step. I needed a nudge. Once I got it I stepped forward and never turned back. After 1 year of planning and purchasing a small building I am now remodeling it for a coffee shop opening in October 2026. Take the step!
Co-Owner
Thank you All for words of encouragement My name is John, and opening a coffee shop has been my Wife’s Dream for quite a while and now it’s mine too! Life happens and changes take place and with that We have embarked on a new crusade, Opening a coffee shop! I’m enjoying the journey of learning about specialty coffee; the craft in and of itself, the attention to detail, and the sense of community it creates. I’m here to share and learn, be inspired, and connect with others on a similar journey. I’m proud and excited about Opening a coffee shop in a small rural town in Florida, USA. Our Grand opening is targeted this October 2026! I need this community to keep my dream and drive alive!
