@Stephen White it’s for health aspects along with natural movement of the body, in a controlled manner in which you feel a sense of accomplishment. I believe Tai Chi would fulfil something that I personally have been working towards for many years, but have unfortunately not had the opportunity to participate until recently. I spent almost 15 years doing Judo, becoming a very successful student, raising to 4th Dan Black Belt ZJF, teaching many students along the way. But going back to your question, it’s want you feel inside, that should be your inspiration.
