šŸŒ™ A Card for the Path šŸŒ™ Today, I pulled The Eight of Cups. Traditionally, this card speaks of walking away, leaving something behind, and seeking a higher path. It shows someone turning their back on cups once filled with meaning, setting out on a journey toward something more aligned with their spirit. But here’s the deeper current I feel within it: The Eight of Cups is the card of departure from emotional weight. It’s not leaving with every cup strapped into a U-Haul—it’s processing what you’ve lived, keeping what is relevant, and setting the rest down. In this way, it becomes a card of forgiveness—for yourself and for others. You don’t have to carry the heaviness of the past to keep its lessons. The Eight of Cups says: remember what you need to remember, but don’t haul the old emotional baggage into every step of your future. Move forward lighter, freer, and more aligned with who you are becoming. Reflection What emotional weight are you still carrying that no longer needs to come with you? Today, name one thing you can set down—whether through forgiveness, release, or closure—so that your journey ahead is freer and lighter. If you feel called, share your own card pull for the day—or simply share the inspiration that you received from this post.

Thank you for this! I will meditate on this once I leave work.
The Soap Spell.
To remove something from yourself or your life there is a simple spell with only 3 ingredients. It is important to note that this should never be used on a person as it will manifest in an unknown way to you and it could hurt the person and you may not know it. I will be using an example where one believes they are cursed. The ingredients are as follows: A bar of soap (if its already partly melted down that works Water (bonus points if you use moon water; esspecially wanning moon water, eclipse water or new / full moon water) A bucket 1. You carve / write what it is you wish to rid of on the bar of soap. I.E You can write 'any and all curses placed on me or any and every area of my life' 2. Throw the soap bar in the bucket of water. 3. Leave it in the bucket of water until it completely dissolves. 4. Toss the remains somewhere away from your home. DO NOT flush it or poor it down a drain. This can cause plumbing issues P.S this is not medical advice, nor should it ever be used in place of the advice from a health or mental health professional. I sincerely and deeply hope this small ritual aids, blesses & empowers each and everyone of y'all! Blessed Be! ~ John The Grey Mystic

Four fold breath meditation
Four fold breath AKA box breathing has more applications than just breath work to aid in stress relief and regulating the central nervous system. For those unfamiliar with this technique it is a form of breath work where you breath in for a count of four, hold for a count of four, exhale for a count of four, hold for a count of four and repeat. One 'application' or visualization I absolutely love is designed and used to attune the practitioner to the energies & cycles of the earth. Damien Echols & Other Magi call this 'The Seasonal Application'. It is done by visualizing and feeling, smelling tasting (etc) each season on a certian breath. If you can only see the imagery or feel the tempature or whatever you asociate with each season, that is okay too! For the In breath visualize spring. For the first hold visualize summer. For the exhale visualize fall. And for the final hold visualize winter. Do this on repeat for a set time consistently when you feel out of tune with mother earth's energies and cycles. Below I have attached some GIFs to help you guys get a feel for what this practice would look like. I sinscerely hope this aids, blesses and empowers each and everyone of you all! Blessed be.
