Grand Rising everyone. Today while channeling my primary spirit guide I was given this message. So many of us open up to any and everyone because we want so much to help all that we can however, we must be mindful of protecting ourselves in the process. Most people drain us unintentionally. Often times it’s the people closest to us that pull our much needed energy to compensate for their lack. It is possible to continue to serve others with a full heart without leaving ourselves depleted. Wearing amethyst around the neck helps prevent spiritual attacks or carrying black obsidian can help keep us grounded. Saying a daily affirmation before starting your day is another fantastic way to protect yourself from unseen attacks on us. It could be as simple as “I only welcome divine beings of light in my space” Setting boundaries with these simple yet effective steps will not only allow us to continue spreading light, it will also protect our energy as well.
