Investor Friendly Title/Attorney in MA?
Hello everyone, I recently expanded my marketing from New Hampshire into Massachusetts. I’m still operating mainly in New Hampshire, but I’m starting to do deals in MA now. I’m looking for an investor friendly title company or attorney in Massachusetts that you’d recommend. If you have anyone you trust, I’d love to reach out and give them a call. Thanks!
‼️CallTools vs BatchDialer vs Other?⚔️
Hello Everyone, I have been interested in signing up with Call Tools for the extended number of line lines and possibly increase my calling/time output, does anyone have experience here with Call Tools and what would they recommend? I’ve had a 3 step plan I’ve been carrying out, - I was using Lists from BatchLeads/PropWire, have now switched to Gov. Lists only, - I was Skiptracing through BatchLeads and now changing to Deal Machine for better data, - I use BatchDialer at the moment and interested in increasing my calling output possibly with Call Tools Any advice or recommendations would be appreciated! Thank you, John
Successful Wholesalers in MA/NH Market?‼️
Hello everyone, I’m currently questioning whether my backyard market is the best fit for wholesaling. I can feel the lack of volume when it comes to pulling lists and cold calling. As of today, I’ve made 13,623 calls on my dialer with no deals and only a small number of leads, and I can say confidently I have never met a true motivated seller after all these calls. Here are some factors I’ve been considering about the market: - We have some of the highest home prices in the nation. - Population density is much lower compared to metro markets like Houston, Atlanta, or Phoenix. - It’s one of the highest-income regions in the country, likely means fewer financially distressed sellers. - The entire state of NH has only about 1.4 million people, making it the 41st least populated state. I’d really like to hear from successful wholesalers in this region about how they view this market and what strategies have worked for them. Any insight from others is appreciated as well! Thank you, John

@Muhammad Shahbaz My current calls have been a mix of Tax Delinquency (Pulled from Gov.), Tired Landlords niched down, High Equity Vacancy lists, and Vacant Absentee Owner lists.
What Do You Consider A Good Amount Of Cold Calls?
Hey everyone. I'm curious on what is considered "a lot" of cold calls for the real estate industry? What's everyone's goal to hit each day and how long do you normally spend each day calling? (Also, if you could send any likes that would be awesome.)
