1️⃣ Wake Up & Hydrate – Drink at least 12–16 oz of water right after waking up. ✅ 2️⃣ Mind Reset – Meditate for 10 minutes or take a 10-minute silent walk (no phone). ✅ 3️⃣ Plan the Day – Write 3 clear goals for your day (in Notes app or on paper). ✅ Goals were: 4 read 20 pages ✅ Pray ✅ Had morning swim practice again did all this after but I didn’t open my phone for at 2h after waking up mins
