🚨 Last day to join Community Income Mastermind at $7
Today is the last day to join Community Income Mastermind for $7/month. Tomorrow it goes to $17. Not a big deal. But I did not want you to miss it. Why $7? Ppl ask me this all the time. Not because that's what it's worth. I think it's way more than that. And by the end of 2026, it is going to be $97 - that's the goal. The reason is I'm still building it out — and I want you in the trenches with me, helping shape it. I recorded a full video walkthrough of the classroom so you can see exactly how everything is organized before you join. No surprises. Either way, if you don't like, full refund - no questions asked! Still not sure? I'll tag the folks who are already inside. Ask them. Or me. What are you waiting for?

happy Saturday! today i'm going a little hard on you. ⚠️ fair warning: this might feel triggering. but please know — my only goal is to help you grow. let's start with some hard questions: - do you want to charge money for your community? yes or no - are you a member of any paid communities? if yes — how many? how much are you paying? - if no — why do you think people will pay you, when you're not ready to pay anyone else? - when you post in your community or in others, how many comments do you expect? 3? 5? 10? more? now flip it. - how many comments do you leave every day on other people's posts in other communities? and finally — do you show up? - like, when you joined this hackathon, did you actually go through all 30 lessons? doing the work. leaving the comments. supporting your accountability buddy. did you show up on any of the calls? yes? no? partly? - now ask yourself — do you expect your community members to go through your lessons, comment their answers, show up on your calls? i am not here to blame you. i am here to help you progress!!! if you want to be a leader — a community owner — you must lead by example. not just inside your own community. everywhere. - you must show up, if you want others to show up. - you must stay consistent, if you want others to be consistent. - you must pay, if you want others to pay. it's not just about gaining trust, visibility, and results (though you will). it's also about learning what it actually takes to be on the other side. because things that feel easy to you in one area? they might be incredibly hard for someone else in that same area. and you won't truly understand that until you get in their shoes. so today, let's get real honest here, and ask ourselves: am i doing the things i'm asking my people to do? ⬇️

Skool Community Suggestions
My target audience is retired or near-retired adults who want to preserve their memories, stories, values, and life lessons for their children, grandchildren, and future generations. I’d love your suggestions on what Skool communities I should check out. As per Lidia's suggestion I'm open to some collaboration, maybe a webinar, but so far I haven't found a community on Skool that fits the bill.

1:1 call with Lidia
I'm coming up on a year on Skool, and I've been on a lot of 1:1 calls. Synthesizer community really is big on calls and I started in there almost immediately when I got the ball going. This week I had a 1:1 with Lidia about my business and it was the best call I've ever had since being on Skool. What a breath of fresh air kind of experience. I kinda have my guard up when talking to people about my real BTS with business and life. They impact each other big time for me as of late and my nervous system just felt safe with her so I opened up. I realized that I can stop fearing the outcome of being myself or sharing too honestly. You can cut through the noise of "people bs" and maybe at first it will feel like you are repealing people. Our conversation reminded me of the good in humanity and people. It as a background lesson in being authentic and how to get to know people. Lidia wasn't trying to get me to do anything nor did she ask me those scripted questions I'm so use from others. It wasn't just her genuine professionalism I could sense, but her humanity and her style in leading and coaching totally resonates with me. This week I'm focusing on actually inviting people to my community especially when it is absolutely appropriate. lol and implementing daily how I can make things Fast, Simple and Fun in my community and business.

@Zena Ryder @Lidia Axe really is the best. I totally agree. I love her no BS approach, but she always does it with a complete heart. If you are the president of the Lidia fan club, I'll be the vice-president.

@Lidia Axe We hurt the ones you love the most 😅
Stop stressing about lurkers in your community
i see this question/topic again, and again in Skoolers and all around Skool: "should i remove inactive members?" here is where i landed (see the infographics for more details): - 90% of lurkers is an industry norm, so i no longer worry about it - instead of worrying about lurkers, i focus on active members to know & appreciate them - with lurkers, i try to design processes to contact them (email, dm, off platform), come up with fun "engagement boosting" activities, and plan to run re-targeting ads to get them back on Skool also, remember, that Skool is running ads to bring more ppl on the platform and into your community (how cool is that?!) where are you with lurkers right now? PS we're unpacking engagement tactics inside Community Income Mastermind this month. still $7/month until May 31 — then it goes up.

Should we not be trying to activate the lurkers so they participate? Get them further down the funnel, so to speak?
