Has anyone had experience of lower back pain? Got a spasm in my lower back 2 days ago. Had to skip leg day yesterday as didn't want to aggravate it. Woke up today and now have a continual pain at base of spine between my hips. Tonight is supposed to be pull and i really don't want not to go
