Hi Sean, hi everyone- As you know, Sean, we’re a domestic team with Real here in the Seattle area, and we’ve been working our way through Lofty. Given the depth of configuration and setup, the learning curve has been quite steep, and it’s been a bit overwhelming alongside the day to day demands of running our business. We have a growing list of questions, but to start, we’d love to better understand how the system and AI handle follow-up with new contacts. Specifically: - How does follow-up differ between contacts from open house sign-ins vs. manually entered leads vs. website registrations? - What is the default frequency and content of these touchpoints? - When and how does the system notify us that it’s time for agent intervention (AI-to-agent handoff)? - Where can we view and adjust these settings? I’ll start there so we don’t dive into too many things at once. Thank you!

We print the QR code and place it at the entry (door or landing area) with a polite note along the lines of: “Please kindly sign in via the QR code, which is required to view the home.” Otherwise, we find most visitors don’t take the time to sign in...
