As a Medicare Broker, my agent needs to know the CMS(Center for Medicare & Medicaid) compliance guidelines in detail. Can I link this information to my agent in Claude? How do I best control this so that my agent avoids "says" something that violates the CMS guidelines?

As an insurance agent, Diannalynn, you have various code and ethics requirements -- especially fiduciary responsibilities. Tell your agent what the penalties are for insurance agents who misrepresent, or act fraudulently, and that if it messes up you will report it to the insurance commissioner! LOL. What you are asking is a great idea, Diannalynn. It will be the seedbed of many great articles, blog posts, emails, educational classes and sales scripts.
Prompt Categories
Hello AI Advantagists, I was born too early. We didn't have computers available to the masses when I went to college; if they had I think (looking back on my life) I would have majored in Library Science (my HD is a mess!). Our peers are undoubtedly going to be sharing countless prompts they've created. I wonder if there is a list of general categories we might utilize that will make it easier for us to save and FIND those we deem useful. BTW, thanks in advance for all the insight that get shared in this group.

@Lisa Myers @Walker Phillip @Nikianna Manousaki @Linda Baker @Lisa Myers Comrades, I have Hereditary Hemochromatosis (HH). It causes all kinds of health and cognitive problems. I had this in vitro, but didn't discover the problem until a brilliant physician, who has spent a number of years in research during her career, looked at my blood panel and decided my decades of suffering from Anemia, abnormally shaped red blood cells and other issues needed to be looked at more closely. Finally, at the age of 66, someone took a REAL interest in knowing what was going on. Three days ago, while working with ChatGPT (CG), I discovered HH might cause something akin to ADHD because it can have an impact on the Hippocampus and other areas of the brain. More discoveries around the corner. Hang in there. I hope CG, Claude, Gemini, and all the other AI tools we may harness in the coming years, help you become a Savant at what makes life most enjoyable and fulfilling for you all.

@Sanjay Paul Thanks for taking the time to outline the impact you intend to derive from using AI. It is a useful template for others to use.
🌱 April is here. What are you building this month?
New month, new window. April is a reminder that progress does not come from waiting for the perfect moment. It comes from choosing one thing, committing to it, and building momentum before doubt has a chance to slow us down. This is the month to stop overthinking and start moving. What are we building? A better system? A new offer? Stronger habits? More confidence with AI? More time back in the week? Whatever it is, April is an opportunity to create real traction, not just more intentions. The biggest wins rarely come from doing everything at once. They come from picking a clear goal and working it consistently. One focused month can change a lot. It can cut cycle time, reduce procrastination, sharpen skills, and create the kind of progress that compounds fast. So let’s make this month count. Build the workflow. Launch the idea. Learn the tool. Finish the draft. Start the project. Protect the time. Use April to create something future you will thank you for. No drifting. No waiting. No playing small. April is here. What are you building this month? Comment your April goal.

@D'Mona Boykin @Anthony Montague May I suggest going to JW.org. You will find six or seven different Bibles. One of them has, New World Translation of the Holy Scriptures, has been translated, in whole or in part into over 325 languages. You will also find a 365 day - "Daily Scriptures" book, a large library of Bible reference materials, and monthly Bible based magazines that began in 1879 (it is the most widely circulated periodical on the planet with over 25 million copies per issue and printing in over 461 languages as of late 2025. You will find research on virtually every topic you can imagine, and a host of video productions. In all, depending on the book or periodical the content on the website is translated into over 1,050 languages. They also have Apple and Android apps with all the aforementioned materials available there, too. Again, that is JW.org and everything is FREE. No charge EVER!
