I won’t make it but we use Service legend Crm that is GHL and they had most of our follows up done that we are trying to adjust better. Here is the first few texts that go out, and some email go with these : SMS 1 Hi {{contact.first_name}}, this is {{custom_values.sender_name}} with {{location.name}}. I just wanted to check in to see your experience during your recent Free Estimate Appointment? SMS 2 - {{custom_values.sender_name}} Hi {{contact.first_name}}, it's {{custom_values.sender_name}} again with {{location.name}}! I hope all is well. Did you see the recent transformations we sent to your email on file {{contact.email}}? If so, what did you think? SMS 3 Hi {{contact.first_name}}, It's {{custom_values.sender_name}} with {{location.name}}. I just wanted to check in to see where you're at. What needs to happen in order for you to move forward with your painting solution? This is over a course of 1-2 weeks and the emails are similar but have more links to our site. I know we have room to make them better

@Jackson Stephenson so we do a lot of Facebook ads and we use HighLevel as well with a lot of automations. If we don’t get a hold of the person normally the same day as the lead then it’s pretty much good as dead even with our pretty intense follow up to that lead. So it , interest me on how to actually get in touch with the people that filled out a form.

@Jackson Stephenson no matter what time they come in they get an automatic text and email asking them about their project. We then of course, try to contact them immediately, and if they don’t respond, we moved him to the next stage of the pipeline. That pipeline has a series of text messages and emails over the course of two weeks. We don’t have anything set up after 14 days as we haven’t had any luck touching base with them anyways.

We use Go High Level. Its great as long as you have someone who can help set it up as its fully customizable and tons of room for automations but is not easy if you have no experience in it.
