This was a hanging estimate that was pretty close to closed, but after sending this text he called me and we are talking scheduling and putting down the samples Instead of saying, I'm just following up or just circling back or just checking in Whenever you are trying to reach out to estimates that have not closed, come up with the way that has value to your customers so that they don't think that you're just trying to get into their pockets
