For those of you who've received your Revyval AM/PM supplements, I put together a short video to help you get started. Thanks for being that honest, that already tells me you’re self-aware and ready for change. “Busy, tired, caffeine and chocolate” is basically the modern survival formula, that is becoming the new standard of living, but the fact that you are aware that you’re missing real energy is important. That means your body remembers what it feels like, it just hasn’t had the conditions to get back there yet. That’s what we’re going to work together to fix. We’ll take this slowly and realistically. No giving up everything you love, no extreme rules, I promise. Just learning how to restore energy instead of borrowing it, in a way that fits a busy life. You’re in the right place, ask questions anytime.

I have cam to a conclusion those energy drinks I use to drink the c4 Red Bull Celsius etc ain’t do nothing for me but gave me headaches and a temp buzz I haven’t had one in a while but when I got one yesterday yea im done with those

@Devon Fools Ah yes! That is exactly what happens with most energy drinks. They spike your nervous system with synthetic stimulants, give a quick buzz, and then crash you hard, headaches, jitters, and temporary energy that doesn’t last. Revyval works differently. @Afrah A I approach it by sticking to a few non negotiables that travel with me no matter where I am, morning hydration and minerals, some form of movement, and a wind down signal at night. Everything else is adjustable.

@Afrah A For time zones, unexpected events, or family stuff, I pivot without guilt. Some days you shift meals, workouts, or sleep slightly, that’s just a part of life. Nobody is perfect, give yourself some grace, it’s consistency that support your nervous system and energy not perfection. Know which parts to bend and which parts to never compromise.
