So here's a question. How do you handle modifications to your normally scheduled program @Joe Doit ? Traveling in different time zones, unexpected events (good and bad), extra workload for a last minute opportunity or new project, family emergencies, life's many surprises? Do you simply expect the unexpected to occur and build in cushioning for that, always plan to pivot, crashout, just say no?

@Joe Doit thanks for that. I've learned to appreciate my adaptability and ability to respond well in crises or unpredictable environments with calm. I don't know if I can identify my current non negotiables. There are probably a few but I should be able to name them to help keep them in practice and for my own self regulation.
