New page alert
I add a new page called “the incorporation doctrine” under Laws & Doctrine folder, under the History & Law classroom. Or click link below for shortcut. A good read for comprehension on how some of the bill of rights apply to the states. Don’t forget to check off that you read it when you’re done. https://www.skool.com/juris-vitae-4890/classroom/5bc86150?md=2d8bb2b56fbc40eabc9e506b989d48ad

Thanks Kay! I've actually been looking for this!
Founding/constitutional Fathers
Info related to include everyone who significantly influenced the Constitution’s drafting, ratification, and early interpretation—not just those who signed it.

Interesting reading, and I think Thomas Jefferson was right. The judiciary has evolved into judicial supremacy. I think loyalty to a party line has eroded loyalty to the ideals of the constitution.
Welcome to the Community
Peace and welcome, everyone. First, thank you for being here and for choosing to learn, grow, and build with us. This space was created for people who are serious about gaining understanding, sharpening comprehension, and learning how to apply the laws of life. This is a community-based environment, which means we all play a part in making it valuable. The stronger the collective, the stronger each individual becomes. Strength in numbers is a major key to success, but only when we move with order, respect, and purpose. To keep the community organized, please make sure your posts go in the most relevant discussion category. For example, if your post is about custody, child support, foreclosure/eviction, debt collectors, wins and testimonies, resources, questions, or any other specific subject matter, please place it under that topic so members can easily find it, follow it, and learn from it. If your post does not clearly fit into a specific category, place it in General Discussion. Also, if you believe we should add another subject-matter discussion or category, please post your recommendation in General Discussion so we can review it as a community. The goal is to keep improving the structure as we grow. A few recommendations for everyone: When asking a question, give enough context so others can understand what you are asking. When sharing information, explain the meaning, not just the quote or source. When giving your thoughts, stay respectful and constructive. When discussing law, history, scripture, procedure, life situations, or personal experiences, focus on comprehension and proper application. This is a positive learning environment. We are here to build, not tear down. No negativity, no confusion, and no disorder. We want this space to be useful for everyone involved, from beginners to those already studying and applying these principles. Again, welcome. Thank you for being here. Let’s learn together, grow together, and contribute together. Iron sharpens iron.
