Walk on the Wilder Side
Wearing Smoked Honey by Dua today. Based on Sova from Slumberhouse-a discontinued fragrance that has a cult following that I haven’t smelled or worn and probably never will-Smoked Honey is easily the most unique fragrance I’ve ever worn. As I’ve said in previous posts, it’s hard to describe. It’s aromatic, woody, not too spicy or sweet, but certainly captivating. I’m not sure that it will have the mass appeal of designer fragrances, but for those who are adventurous, it’s out there, and at $100 for 30ml it’s priced in the niche range. Beeswax, hops, clover, castorium, poplar, black locust, amber, Tonka Bean, vanilla and broom are quite an ensemble of different ingredients that are unlike anything I’ve previously got my nose on

@Lon Chaneyfield can you post a review of Sova? I think that would be very interesting
Nice, But Not for Me
Wearing my friend Darryl’s second fragrance crafted at St. Martin, Amber. This scent is composed of vanilla, musk, pineapple, sandalwood, amber, lime, lemon, Haitian Vetiver, cocoa, honey, Tonka Bean and plum. Although this is quite similar to the fragrance I wore yesterday from Darryl and really enjoyed, Amber leans a little too feminine for my taste initially. It has all scents that I like in a unisex fragrance, but the combination just isn’t right for me. Enjoy this beautiful Saturday weather.

A Customer Made Fragrance
The person I interviewed last week made his own fragrances in St. Martin last year and gave me these three, so today I’m wearing Perrito. Here are the listed ingredients: vanilla, oak moss, musk, teakwood, honey, tobacco, lemon, lime, vetiver and red current thyme. Very nice, clean masculine scent that lasted about 7 hours on my skin today. I’ll feature the other two as I wear them.

Xerjoff Richwood and Aventus
If Dior's Sauvage Elixir and Creed's Absolu Aventus Had a Baby!
Poseidon's Absolu Savage Elixir by DUA Fragrances elegantly combines the refined, fruity chypre essence of Creed's Absolu Aventus with the bold, spicy freshness of Dior's Sauvage Elixir, crafting a captivating and versatile scent perfect for the modern gentleman. Its vibrant opening of pineapple, bergamot, and blackcurrant seamlessly transitions into a warm, spicy heart of cinnamon, ginger, and cardamom, striking a balance of strength and approachability. After three hours of wear, its impressive six-foot silage garnered a compliment in my first interaction, reinforcing its commanding yet inviting presence—a sophisticated standout that’s quickly become my favorite among five recently purchased DUA fragrances, and a must-try addition to any fragrance collection.

Have you tried Reflection of Casino Elixer? It’s a combination of Aventus, Reflection Man And MFK BR540, one of my favorites from Dua

@Darren Poesel it’s very good. I have all three fragrances and can’t replicate it which leads me to believe Dua is a great blender of ingredients to achieve the best fragrances
