Why Women Must Lift Weights
This is a question i get a lot from leads from my Women's Strength and Conditioning program. Invariably, they say "oh but i do pilates", or "but i walk everyday"... This series is my opportunity to put these myths to bed once and for all!! Yes, pilates is great, and walking is bloody phenomenal! However, no program for women is complete without resistance training. We start next Monday at 12pm. If you have any questions in the meantime, shoot them through!
