EX: an heir lives in the property and has 16K, 3 yr tax bill. I guess the other heirs let him live in the property I do not see a transfer. Should we contact the other heirs and let them known about tax bill? What scenario can happen next? I was told don't kick anyone out of the house. Do we only look for vacant properties?
