How To Get Your 1st Curative Deal In 90 Days
🚀 ATTENTION LINK BELOW + BONUS Most people think the hardest part of real estate is finding a deal. It isn't. The hardest part is finding a deal nobody else is fighting for. That's the whole reason curative works. When a property has a title problem, most wholesalers and flippers skip right past it. They see a headache. They don't see that the headache is exactly what keeps the competition away. No bidding wars. No seller who already has six offers. Just an owner sitting on something they can't sell and don't know how to fix. That's where you come in. Your first deal usually starts the same way for everyone. You find a property where someone passed away and the title never got cleaned up. You reach out to the owner or the heir, not to buy their house the way everyone else does, but to solve a problem they've been stuck on for years. You buy their interest. You cure the defect. Then you have a property you can sell on the open market with real equity attached. The reason people get their first deal faster with this model is simple. They're the only one in the room offering a solution instead of another lowball offer. Training link is here P.S. We will be giving a bonus for people who show up live on our training today! It valued more than a Rolex Watch but less than Tesla Model 3.

We've Been Building...
Most investors still chase the same tired real estate leads. We’ve been quietly building something for the ones who don’t. Over the last few months, we took everything we use to run curative deals and turned it into a system: - AI that understands messy title - A custom CRM that tracks curative deals - A simple path from “confused” to “curative checklist in hand” Next week we’re opening this up to a Premium group inside our Skool community. If you’re tired of competing against other real estate investors and want to 6-figure, messier deals… stay close. Comment “PREMIUM” and we’ll make sure you see it first.

Virtual Curative?
Hey guys, hope you are all well. So how necessary is it that the investor be nearby to where a deal might be located? Is this RE biz model workable as a virtual business? I come from the land flipping world where we have literally never seen any of the properties we've flipped. We have gone where the data told us to and it created a virtual biz that worked well for a while no matter where I was. Is this the case with curative or is it more hands on with the likes of heirs and county records, etc?

@Luke Mitchell yeah make sense. We have connections in FL for a probate attorney that can assist with the probate if you ever do FL. I've also heard good things about OK as well.
Welcome To Curative Investor
Hey, it’s Phillip Thai, If you’re here, you’re probably an experienced investor who’s tired of grinding out wholesales, flips, and rentals for thinner and thinner spreads… and you’re ready to work fewer, better, curative deals. Same. That’s exactly why we (@Rob Lee and @Christina Sanchez) built this community. Our promise to you: everything in here comes from deals we’ve actually done, mistakes we’ve actually made, and processes we actually use in the real world. Where things are at right now You currently have access to the core foundations of the Curative Investor system: 1. Research -- How to find and evaluate tax‑delinquent and “messy title” opportunities, so you’re not guessing which deals are worth your time. 2. Marketing -- Where to find leads in the TX market. 3. Sales -- What to say? How to say? What information to collect? Understanding family dynamics. As we go, I’ll keep adding trainings, deal breakdowns, and resources based on what you are running into in the field. What you have access to inside Skool Right now you can: - Go through the Start Here, Research, Marketing, and Sales courses in the Classroom - Join our live calls to get your questions answered in real time --> Live calls will start late Feb - Post deals, questions, and wins in the Community so we can help you move faster Use this space. The more you put in, the more you’ll get out. How to get started today (do this now) 1. Introduce yourself below using this format: 2. Comment on 2 other intros. Say what you resonate with or where you might be able to help. We’re building a network of sharp investors, not a group of spectators. 3. Start the “Research” course in the Classroom. Watch the first module today. Even if it’s late. Even if you’re busy. Momentum matters more than perfect timing.
