So my new project has commenced.... hopefully we will be taking our brand to markets, starting with only 3 Items, and do it well... hold thumbs for me.... Hint hint.... do you see the Flaky Naan......Chicken Tikka , Paneer Tikka & Lamb Sheek kebab ( lamb Mince )

Working on some Tapas Menu's...Some cocktails & Mussels with a light green curry infusion, Crispy Softshell Crap with a creamy dipping puree.
