I scored 13 on emotional, 11 on lifestyle, and 7 on psychological pillar. Can't say I'm surprised about any of it. I struggle with taking care of myself first - feels really selfish. Which leads to wanting me time late at night when it's quiet and all the necessary stuff is done and I have no energy for anything else, but leads to staying up too late and fighting to wake up the next day. Then I'm angry at myself for getting a late start in the morning.
Weighted blankets
Hi all! What are your experiences or thoughts on weighted blankets? Do they actually help? I'm thinking of trying it but I also tend to have some sensory sensitivity so I'm wondering if it would feel like it's suffocating.
Productivity
Hi everyone. I'm just getting started, but I realized today that I view sleep as something that cuts into my productive time, and I could get so much more done if I didn't need so much sleep. Even though I realize if I'm awake but can't function properly that's not productive either.

I'm in New Jersey (for now). I've struggled with sleep since I can remember. My biggest challenge is waking up, and also getting deep sleep. I never feel rested. Excited to start.
