For me is doing L-sit

Six months of pure calisthenics. I wanted to share this with you because I'm very proud of myself and my progress. P.S.: Actually, I achieved these results in four months, but this is my sixth month, and I hadn't had the chance to show them to you before. Also, for my legs, which you can see are slightly defined.
