It Broke...
Last week we launched LFOS to our clients. This is our AI operating system for founders. And within about 48 hours... It broke. Windows users were getting this beautiful wall of red error text. One member, Janeen, couldn't even get the console to load. "This site can't be reached." Classic. Now here's the thing. The old version of me would've taken that as evidence. See? You should've waited. Tested more. Polished more. Launched next quarter instead. But here's what actually happened: Kevin found the bugs and fixed them within hours. I personally emailed every single person who hit the wall. And Janeen? She wrote back: "Thanks Dan. I will give it a try over the weekend." Nobody rage-quit. Nobody asked for a refund. Nobody wrote me a strongly worded email about my incompetence. Because people don't leave when things break... They leave when things break and nobody's home. Here's what I've learned building this thing: Perfectionism isn't about having high standards. It's mostly just fear. The unshipped offer feels safe because nobody can judge it. The unpublished post can't flop. The program that lives in your Notion can't get a refund request. But it also can't change anyone's life. Including yours. I know coaches sitting on pages upon pages of plans ... brilliant plans ... waiting for it to be perfect. But that version doesn't exist. There's only the version of your offer, or content, or prodcut that ships, breaks, gets fixed, and gets better... and ... the version that stays hidden and stays perfect ... and stays worthless. How comfortable are you at being seen mid-mess. I am willing to bet money that your ability to take action amidst the "messy-ness" is proportional to how much money you will make. If there's something you've been sitting on... an offer, a community, a post you keep rewriting... Comment "SHIP" below and then share with us what it is. Sometimes saying it out loud to one person is all it takes. To your success, Dan

Yep, hitting all the different setups. Clients that have businesses where IT locks down their computers so your coach may not even have admin rights to install needed packages. Guess how I know? Being responsive and available is the way. Shipping with the expectation that this is a polished maybe not Beta, but may be some bugs to clean up, is the most authentic and I think people can respect.
spent 5 years on Skool... only recently did it click
I've been on Skool for five years now. Five years of building, tweaking, testing, breaking things, rebuilding things... And honestly? It took me almost all of that time to figure out something embarrassingly simple. My business only needs to do four things. That's it. ✅ Get leads every day. ✅ Get customers every week. ✅ Get clients every month. ✅ Deliver epic results for those clients. That's... the whole thing. And each one just needs a simple system to support it. ❌ Not a funnel stack. ❌ Not 11 tools duct-taped together. ❌ Not a Notion workspace with 117 pages of "strategy." Just... one system. For each thing. When I finally saw it that clearly, I started deleting stuff. Canceling subscriptions. Killing workflows. Stopping activities that felt productive but didn't actually connect to one of those four things. It was terrifying for about a day. Then it was the most free I've felt in years. Here's the wild part... Only NOW ... after five years ... are the tools and features inside Skool good enough that you can run almost everything from one place. The community. The content. The conversations. The conversions. All of it. With a couple of smart add-ons, you've basically got a business operating system that fits in your pocket. Anyway ... This Friday I'm doing a live workshop where I'm showing how one of those systems works... Specifically how to deploy an AI sales agent inside your Skool community that... handles conversations, qualifies leads, and books clients while you're doing literally anything else. It's called The Skool Chat Closer™ and it's $47. (Free if you're already in Claude for Coaches.) Friday, June 26th. 10 AM Pacific. If you want in, Join the Claude For Coaches Community If not, no stress. Just remember the four things. That part's free and it might be worth more than the workshop anyway. Take 'er easy... I like your method of Free, then one time in the door 47, then higher tier bookings seems like the perfect setup.

HOW WINNERS ARE USING AI TO ACHIEVE THEIR GOALS
When I checked the stats of my online courses I realized that most people are not even finishing the course they bought, much less getting anything out of it. The missing piece? Daily coaching by me to keep them on track. Since I can't be everywhere all at once, I created an AI Powered coaching app that has my books and coaching materials and is available to coach people 24/7. Here's a two minute video that explains it: https://youtu.be/jWwdy4Mrznc

13 years shipping production software. I build with AI weekly for real clients, and I care most about the questions the AI never volunteers.
