Tampa Meet Up Event
I'm checking out a meetup.com event at Pour House in Channelside tonight. Event is from 7:30 to 10:30 . DM if you're local and want to check it out. I'm going. Our cover story can be that we work together, but remotely and never actually met in person. I just started (true story for me) and we thought it be cool to meet up after work.

Sounds good man. I'll share some vulnerability to hopefully offer some inspiration. I moved to town around Nov. 1. Since then I've been with one girl that I pulled off an app after about 3 weeks. She's a 5, not even a 6. Not the girl you brag to your friends about. LOL. She was more into me than I was into her which was definitely a bit of an ego boost, but she's not someone I want to be with. Fooling around for a few weeks was cool, but I broke it off two weeks before either of us got hurt. Fast Forward two weeks, and I'm feeling the itch to reach out to her. I could apologize and tell her I miss her, and she'd come over. The cheap ego boost would feel good, not to mention the affection and mediocre sex would feel better than the itchy, lonely, horniness that come from not having a woman or any prospects. But That's like sitting on the couch and drinking beer instead of going to the gym. It kinda feels good in the moment, but not really because you know it's taking you down the right path. Instead, I'm engaging on here, going to this meet up and meeting a couple guys from a Telegram group I'm a part of. That's the way to level up an ultimately get me the social life and dating life I want.

@Brian Marckesano it was a pretty successful event. Definitely skewed heavily male. Kept in mind what you said in recent video about "lowering expectations" and had a good time. Exchanged contact info either IG or phone numbers or both with 6 or 7 new contacts. Only one woman, a 6 I wasn't immediately attracted to her but we started talking and there was a little bit of a spark during conversation. He birthday is next Friday...she invited me to her party. The new Top Golf seemed like a popular potential party or meet up destination for a lot of guys. I planted the seeds for me having a party or meet up sometime in the next month. Overall really good night...had fun did some networking!
