I just hit 10,000 subscribers on Substack. It feels like a big and very personal milestone because it represents all of the heart I've poured into building my portfolio business and newsletter audience. It also represents my commitment to helping people stop depending on one paycheck, one client, one platform, or one product. I looked at the poll where I asked you guys where you are on your Substack journey, and many of you are struggling to grow. I'm sharing this news today as encouragement and to show that anything is possible when you put your mind to it, including getting 10,000 subscribers. What's one book, podcast, or show that changed how you think? Mine is The One Thing by Gary Keller. The big takeaway for me was that there's always a long to-do list, but the move is to prioritize the things that make everything else easier or faster. To this day, I wake up every morning and pick one to three tasks that do exactly that. It basically helps me get out of my own way. What's yours? And what stayed with you from it?
