Kristi's Google Buster Time!
In 1950 only 7% of women did this. Today, about 75% of women do this. What is it? @Kristi Rieke

If you're a woman in your 50s and got this ridiculously stupid memo...
The one that says getting fit is harder, your energy is gone, your body's working against you... and from here on out, it's pretty much a slow slide downhill. ๐—ฌ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ต. ๐—ง๐—ต๐—ฎ๐˜ ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—บ๐—ผ. What nobody mentions is that by 50, you've already done hard things. You've built a life. Solved problems. Survived things. Learned a few lessons the hard way. You're not starting from scratch. You're starting from experience. @Lise Lively got that memo too. And she tossed that garbage it in the trash. ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ Instead, she created a community for women who are ready to get stronger, healthier, and feel more like themselves again. Not through punishment workouts or by surviving on lettuce and water. And not by pretending their bodies haven't changed. Practical fitness, support and a community of women who are ready to redefine themselves in their 50s. Turning 50 doesn't mean your story is winding down. It means you get to decide what the next chapter looks like.

Grow Your Skool Community Faster With Substack
Turn Your Content Into Conversations, Subscribers, and Community Members - Substack Setup Intensive LIVE happening May 29th... Most Skool communities struggle for one simple reason: People discover the communityโ€ฆ but thereโ€™s no real system bringing in aligned humans consistently. Thatโ€™s where Substack changes everything. โœจSubstack is not just a newsletter platform. Itโ€™s a visibility engine. An email list. A podcast platform. A search engine. A relationship builder. And one of the most powerful ways to grow a Skool community organically without living on social media all day. Why Substack Works So Well for Skool Communities When used intentionally, Substack helps you: โœ… Build an owned audience instead of relying on algorithms โœ… Create long-form authority content that attracts the right people โœ… Use Notes for daily visibility and discovery โœ… Turn readers into subscribers โœ… Turn subscribers into Skool members โœ… Build trust before people ever join your community โœ… Repurpose one piece of content across multiple platforms โœ… Create a sustainable ecosystem instead of chasing constant attention Most creators are trying to grow their Skool communities using short-form content alone. The problem? Short-form content gets attention. Long-form content builds trust. Substack gives you both. Why Community Owners Love Substack Substack works beautifully alongside Skool because it creates a natural pathway: Content โ†’ Conversation โ†’ Community You publish content people care about. Readers subscribe. You build trust. Conversations begin. People naturally move into your Skool community. Instead of constantly โ€œsellingโ€ your community, your content becomes the invitation. What Makes Substack Different Unlike traditional social media: โœจ Your audience actually receives your content โœจ Your posts can continue being discovered for months or years โœจ Readers can binge your content library โœจ Search engines index your work โœจ Notes help new people discover you daily โœจ Your email list belongs to you
