B-12
@Tara West when my dr was prescribing me B-12, it needed to be refrigerated. How come yours doesn’t need to be refrigerated?
Ipa/Tesa increase heart rate?
Has anyone else had this issue with Ipa/Tesa increasing heart rate at night therefore lowering your readiness score with Oura Ring? Any recommendations? Maybe drop dose in half and see if it helps and then slowly increase dose back? @Tara West

@Tara West I’ll go off - chat said can cause carpal tunnel symptoms which came on since I started IPA/TESA. Thank you

After 2 weeks of being off, my heart rate went down from 88 to 70. Thank goodness.
New Peptide Protocol Booklet!
This is a 50 plus page booklet with more in-depth information about certain peptides, amino blends, and small molecules. This includes consumer friendly descriptions of what each substance does, more in-depth protocol and reconstitution information. When relevant, titration schedules are listed. This is broken down alphabetically for ease of use. This, along with the peptide guide, has been posted under "classroom" in this group (you will find this at the top of this page). We cross referenced all of these so all the protocols should match the guide to eliminate confusion. This means we updated the recent guide (in case you downloaded it earlier). VIP and Vesilute (coming this week YAY!) have been added here and on the guide! Happy reading 🤗!

OMG Tara - this is soooo nice! Thank you!
TRT for men?
Anyone have men in their life that are on testosterone? My husband is considering starting it, but some of the potential side effects don’t sound great. Our practitioner recommends twice weekly shots or cream and seems very knowledgeable. But do you really have to stay on for life? Is the “shrinkage” scary? What about hair loss?? He’s currently on Reta, cagri, and tesamorelin.

@Carey Huyser my provider just has me use a small amount of my husbands T. I inject 2 x weekly. Works perfectly.

It’s pretty easy with an insulin needle. My dose is .05ml 2 x weekly so I just draw it up to 5 units. It seems like nothing especially when you insert it but believe me it works.
NEW PRODUCT ALERT... JUST ADDED VIP TO THE PEPTIQUE!
Good Morning Ladies, This is one I am very excited about. We just added it to the Website this morning, we've been waiting for the 3rd party lab results all week(they are attached to the product online). There will be a podcast about this peptide that seems to do everything! coming out this coming week. Read below for a brief introduction and see the attached protocol. As always start slow and low. This one can give you that intense flushing! For the newbies don't forget your VIP20 discount for 20% all products! https://thepeptique.com VIP (Vasoactive Intestinal Peptide) is a regulatory peptide that helps the body restore balance when systems are inflamed, stressed, or out of sync. It’s well known for its role in immune modulation and inflammation control, helping calm overactive immune responses and support healthy cytokine signaling. Because of this, VIP is commonly explored in research around chronic inflammation, immune dysregulation, and post-infection recovery. VIP also supports gut health by helping maintain intestinal barrier integrity, improving nutrient absorption, and supporting healthy motility. This makes it relevant in research models involving leaky gut, IBS-type symptoms, and gut-immune communication. On the neurological side, VIP plays a role in brain and nervous system regulation, including circadian rhythm support, mood balance, and mental clarity. Many people associate it with better sleep quality and a calmer nervous system. VIP is also a potent vasodilator, meaning it helps relax blood vessels and improve circulation. This can support oxygen and nutrient delivery at the cellular level and is why some people notice effects related to lower blood pressure or lightheadedness when starting. In simple terms: VIP works by helping multiple systems normalize rather than overstimulating one pathway. People most commonly explore VIP for • Calming chronic inflammation • Immune system regulation • Gut healing and barrier support
