Juice cleanse
Day 1 juice cleanse went well until the last juice. I felt sick/nausea. i ate a few small teaspoons of spinach and felt better after. I’m on today 2. 1st juice down, 7 to go. Let’s goooooo! ☺️

i started the fast yesterday. i was good until that evening time. i felt sick/nausea. i ate a few small spoons of spinach and felt better after an hour or so. today i’m on today 2. 1 juice down 7 to go. let’s gooooooo! ☺️
