Hi there! How many orders you’ve got per month? approx? and what type of ads you’re using to promote your business? I’ve got around 300 orders per month but I do only one size atm (30x40 cm). And no paid ads, only videos on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook (Youtube too but i’m sure I have no orders from there) 😄 On the video you can see the number of orders for one day! i’m trying to send all the orders within 24h, mostly even faster!

Just launched ads around a week ago and I’m starting to get consistent sales. Biggest problem so far is just issues with prints (orientation, pixelated images etc) Most customers use email on occasion they’ll use phone which is much easier. Do you require sms at checkout? What’s your best method for customer contact.
