Heat press nation couldn’t pour water out of a boot if the instructions were on the heel
Ordered a couple grand in panels to try chromalux. First order got badly damaged and the replacement came the same way. They ship in folded cardboard taco not even a full box has anyone else had this experience?

Strange Customer Print Requests
I’ve only sold 45 prints so far and this is the strangest one yet somebody just requested 4 12x18s of their opossum 😂 It’s odd but it’s someone’s pet I guess so no problem lol. Have you guys had any strange orders you refused?

Customer Communication
Just launched ads around a week ago and I’m starting to get consistent sales. Biggest problem so far is just issues with prints (orientation, pixelated images etc) Most customers use email on occasion they’ll use phone which is much easier. Do you require sms at checkout? What’s your best method for customer contact.

Yah I need to require sms for easier communication. I’ve done custom products but never had photo uploads so it’s a different game. I’m running Facebook and Instagram that’s where I usually start before TikTok ads and what I have the most experience with. In the testing phase so I’ve only spent less than a grand in a little less than a week but at about a 1.75 ROAS right now. Once I find some ads that convert I’ll probably spend $500-1000 a day.

@Jevgenij Mankevic that’ll be across all platforms and will take a few months to reach. Reels are great but organic can be inconsistent I see it as an addition. You’ll never have consistency without paid traffic unless you post daily or a few times a day with a large following.
