Another two AI developers are shutting down their tools this week, sending out farewell emails. And they won’t be the last. As multi-modal AI platforms take over, the smaller tools just can’t keep up. The AI landscape is shifting fast—adapt or disappear. It's hard to compete with these multi-modal AI companies when you are a small developer so I guess it's time to go very niche instead of general because what I've noticed is that every one of these multi-modal platforms are curating the most commonly used general AI tools. So, in order to stay alive, you will have to go niche! Forget about creating an image generator and the like and focus on an industry specific AI tool! We will discuss this in my next AI Workshop on 3/22. We need to build strategically to get ahead in this AI wave. What do you think? Are we heading toward AI consolidation, or is this just the start of a new wave?

Y'all! Everyone is trying to jump on the AI bandwagon even when they have not even perfected their AI Tool! Lordy! Some of these are horrible. But one thing I discovered is that I got confirmation that I am a freakin genius when it comes to timely ideas! This one idea I've been developing for the past 2 weeks that popped into my brain 2 weeks ago was actually semi-demo'ed during the summit! AND he didn't even demo the IAI doing the task...which is what I wanted to see. And I know why, BECAUSE IT DOESN'T WORK YET! You have to connect the IAI to the chatbot agent which is where I'm stuck...because I don't know coding. But here this dude is doing a whole show and tell but mostly telling how IT "WILL" WORK! Here I am holding back until EVERYTHING works before trying to sell it! These dudes will sell half-baked ideas and future fake it! The company is in Germany. The Interactive Avatar was horrible! The lip sync wasn't even synced with the audio! This was far worse than D-ID! I have no idea which tool they are using but it's definitely not heygen or D-ID. Maybe they are using the tool I cancelled a week ago that I was testing out because the lip sync was definitely off and they knew it and wasn't even on their list to fix it soon! How can they sell that when it's not working right?!? For some of these developers, close enough is good enough. Not in my book! It needs to work as best as it can if you want to sell it to otherss! Duh! So be careful out there in AI land. Some people are just putting together crap just to make a fast AI buck! Some don't even work as described!

Y’all! It’s official. I’m a new, She IS AI Ambassador! I had a very nice call with the 2 Founders and COO of SheISAI magazine. They are out in New Zealand and Australia but operating globally. They will be focusing on AI education and training across APAC and Africa! And so it’s so much bigger than the magazine! Far bigger than I realize. Some exciting things are coming. Stay tuned!

Hey Y'all, remember a few months ago I was posting about a dream of creating Interactive Avatars fro the cast of Harry Potter characters? Well, I still haven't manifested a connection with JK yet, but you never know what opportunities may come. Because...I met the author in another Skool room of the Bezos Letters book. The funny thing about that is that I bought that book in 2023 at the airport to read on the long flight over to Amsterdam. Who'da thought I would connect with the author. I showed him the Tito's Vodka Interactive Avatar and thought maybe he might be interested in doing the same for his Bezos book. Now, I don't know all the ins and outs yet or whether old Jeff gave a thumbs up for that book about his business mindset but I think it would be so cool to do a Bezos Interactive Avatar. We have connected and will most likely be speaking in March. Because I actually looked to see if there was an embed code on the Author Pages on amazon because I wanted to embed an Interactive Avatar there starting with my own Author's page. There wasn't a place to do it or even embed a video....probably due to how much extra storage that would take up due to there being thousands of authors but I did think how cool that would be. And I actually thought of reaching out to amazon about it but placed it on hold for now. Who knows what would happen in the future. So, we shall see what's next. 2025 is certainly looking to be very interesting indeed.

Hey Creators, Most of us have a paid ChatGPT account. If you do, you can actually use it to test your builds in Pickaxe or any other platform that costs credits to test! I do this all the time because I'm paying a flat $20 for ChatGPT. So, use the GPT Builder and paste your configuration prompt there and knowledge base if you are using one and test your GPT there to see if it's performing the way you intend. Once it is, simply copy the configuration prompt back in Pickaxe or whatever tool you are using and select the same LLM model you used to test...if using ChatGPT then it will be one of the ChatGPT models. It will perform the same in Pickaxe as it did in ChatGPT because it's the same LLM but you save on the credits that way. If you aren't using the paid ChatGPT version then nevermind! LOL
