🤍 If you’re feeling exhausted, it may not be because you’re doing too little—it may be because you’ve been carrying too much. Chronic stress keeps the nervous system stuck in survival mode, making even simple tasks feel overwhelming. Healing Tip: Step outside for 5-10 minutes today. Feel the sunshine, notice the breeze, and thank God for one thing you can see. This helps bring your body back into the present moment. “Be still, and know that I am God.” — Psalm 46:10 Stillness isn’t doing nothing. It’s creating space to remember who is truly in control. God is not asking you to carry tomorrow’s burdens today. 🫶🏻 What helps you feel more connected to God’s peace when life feels overwhelming?

One truth 🙏🏻
Healing often requires learning how to stop agreeing with the lies fear has spoken over you. Trauma can make you believe you’re abandoned, unwanted, too broken, or unsafe — but God’s truth says otherwise. 📖 “For we walk by faith, not by sight.” — Bible 2 Corinthians 5:7 Your feelings may feel real, but they are not always telling you the truth. God’s Word becomes an anchor when emotions feel unstable. 💛 Healing Tip: Write down one fearful thought you’ve been battling lately. Then replace it with a scripture-based truth. Example: Fear says: “I’ll never heal.” Truth says: “God is restoring me day by day.” Renewing your mind happens through repetition. Keep speaking truth until your mind begins to believe it. 💛 👇 What is one truth from God you are choosing to stand on today?
