STOP CONVINCING! START COACHING!
As a Master of Influence your job is not to CONVINCE your prospects to buy! Your job is to COACH your prospects to making the best decision taking in account their situation and the problem they have come to you to resolve - HELPING your prospect to buy! Coaching helps with objections which often arise from FEAR! Fear often comes from the opportunity of taking steps into results never experienced before, and there are various ways this fear will present itself to your prospects. If you fail to COACH your prospect, this experience of fear will persist for your prospect, stopping them from making the new unfamiliar changes in the area which you support with and keeping them STUCK! It is your job as a Master of Influence to COACH your prospect past this experience of fear to the solution that will help them solve their problem! What does this mean? 2024 was a tremendous year for many of our soaring eagles in the Masters of Influence Academy! It takes Nicks specialised system built from complete devotion of the highest level expertise and making this accessible and understandable for any business owner to implement! I am proud of every member who have become crystal clear with the vision, created habits, done strategic steps, used consistency even when the going gets tough, broken down areas of challenge and worked on those details until they are second nature, trusted the process - it works! If you are still figuring it out, be kind to yourself, this is the purpose of this Academy! What is the next level in your sales journey for you? What does that look like, sound like and feel like? What can using a pause do? The pause can bring presence to allow your client to process the information they need and access information from their mind that they may need to help them make the right decision for them. The pause brings presence and processing! Imagine this: with life so busy, without the pause how could you ever help your clients to slow down for a moment to understand their problems and what they want to achieve? Progress over Perfection! (POP!)
What does this mean? Perfection can lead to Procrastination! (Meaning things don't get done!) How many times in life have you.... waited for the perfect moment... only to find you have been Pipped at the Post? Have you ever... - Delayed applying for that job whilst you get your CV perfect...only to find the deadline has passed? - Left something in the basket online.. only to later find the item sold out? - Put yourself off asking that cute person out... only to find someone else beat you to it? - The moral of the story? Progress over Perfection! So... Apply for the sales roles! Have the sales conversations NOW! Start marketing with what you have! Perfection can come as you go along!
