A perspective on the nature of physical existence
Everything within the physical realm is cut from the same cloth. It is energy in-formation based on the pure intent of the spirit behind it. We may observe a tree and notice it may not be "perfectly" geometric in shape. Yet it is simply manifesting the pure intent that exists behind it, to the best of its ability. In a movie we have characters playing various roles and interacting with each other. If we identify with the characters and the story we may get emotionally involved, perhaps even reacting to the interplay. If we observe it from the lens that these are actors with personal lives, carrying out a script to the best of their ability, then we will notice other aspects of movie. We may be able to appreciate the writing, the film angles, the lighting, and all the other aspects that were necessary to make the movie possible. We are far less likely to react or be emotionally invested from this perspective. We can observe something similar in a video game, what is playing out is simply the codes. Behind the playable characters exists a player. The player and codes are similar to the pure intent of spirit. There may be bugs in the game resulting in an imperfect experience. The player may make mistakes in their attempt to achieve various goals. Again if we are invested and/or identifying with the game experience we may react or be emotionally triggered by the various happenings in the game. Life is just like this game or movie. There are many characters, objectives, stories, and experiences to explore. They may show up in an imperfect way and we may show up in an imperfect way. This is totally normal. Behind these happenings exists the pure intent of spirit. From this perfective we can appreciate different aspects of the game. The interplay of light glistening on the morning frost, the sweet smell of flowers in the meadow, the ability to move, breathe, etc. All that is woven together to allow each moment to happen in the miracle of life. From this perspectives we are able to be far less invested in our doings. We can find comfort in the understanding that we are not meant to show up perfectly. Just doing the best we can to express the pure intent that is moving through us, playing the character that we are, so that the show may go on.😏

Big Cycle of New Beginnings 12/11
Expansive opening into a new chapter, embrace whatever feels interesting or inspiring. Follow your curiosity and be willing to try something new. It can even be a great time to approach something you've already been working on in a new way.

Happy Thanksgiving! Super blessed for all your support!
The themes of patience, slowing down, and concentration seem to continue. Concentration on what we want to create and discerning what to compost in our inner garden to make space for new doors to open. Concentration on gratitude, devotion, and the sweetness of each moment. Similar to having an exercise routine, when you are doing it consistently it feels easy to do. In the beginning the effort seems a lot more, it becomes easier as we continue practicing. Through daily practice in shifting our perspectives and focus, we shift our baseline to a new way of being. Gratitude as our attitude

Thanks for the thoughts, Eric. I have been finding myself very grateful these past few years to be alive and "awake" at this time in history on this earth... what amazing things are happening... and I SEE it! 💫
Ease as a process of centering
I was contemplating today on ease. There are many things in life that pull us out of ease, we do not need to look for them they will find us. These things act as a resistance or challenge to move through. They are necessary for our growth, just like the butterfly breaking out of its cocoon. These forces will inevitably come up in our life and we can shift our perspective to have gratitude for them. We can also utilize tools to continuously bring ourself back to center and ease. This can be done by honoring the body's need for rest, hydration, movement, nutrition, breathing, and mental/emotional management.

I like to take a nap outside in the sun some afternoons. That has been a good "reset" for me if something is pulling me out of "ease". ☀️
