I would like to know others experience with starting on triz and switching to reta. I recently started triz a month ago and it’s working great, my concerns with it are muscle and hair loss… I weight training 3x weekly and eat good. What I have researched is that Reta acts differently and muscle loss is lessened. What have you all personally experienced?

I’m currently taking mots-c, NAD and added 5-amino 1… the NAD and mots-c seems to do nothing for me compared to what I hear people say… wondering if I need to keep dosing or add a Sera or tesa. I also don’t want to be injecting everyday all day!!!
