Is there anything that improves over all sleep and cognitive function? Brain fog is real and I feel like if my sleep is improved my brain fog will improve
Has anyone mixed these 3 together and done in one injection? I heard a podcast about it today and wanna know if anyone has tried or has experience to share?
I work out in the afternoon around 5pm does it matter when I take the stack.. should it be before workout or is in the Am just as effective? I won’t mix was just curious
