You don’t have a confusion issue, you have a perception issue
Confusion along our path is less a sign of not knowing what to do & more a sign of not being able (or not wanting) to perceive the answers within the information already being revealed to us. The way forward is not withholding itself from you, it’s waiting for you to recognize it. That same situation you’re struggling to figure out—your higher self already overcame. The same fear you keep running from, your inner teen has the courage to overcome. That same wound you keep licking, your inner child already let go. Instead of just asking them, you’ve been crying you don’t know. Confusion is an invitation to perceive your situation from a different aspect of your consciousness. You at your current age, space, & time don’t need to have all the answers. & won’t have them. But you can receive the clarity through connecting to another part of yourself who does—& this extends beyond your life in this body. This is what we practice in premium & vip. Reflect: What’s one question or topic I can ask either my inner child, teen, or higher self about, to give me a new perspective on something I’ve been dealing with?

Growing up, I always felt like I knew my identity—who I am, who I’m becoming, and where I stand. But as I grew older and moved through different cities and environments, I found myself adapting and reshaping parts of myself to fit into the societies around me. Somewhere along the way, I think I learned to become what felt safe or acceptable to be perceived as. And now, I feel like my mind already knows certain things about who I am, but I’m too afraid to fully acknowledge them or give them space in my life because of the fear of being perceived differently by society. Sometimes I feel caught between different versions of myself. Instead of allowing myself to explore what feels true, I become afraid of what that truth might mean for my life, my relationships, and how others might see me. So the question I would ask my higher self is: What part of my identity am I already aware of but too afraid to fully embrace, and how can I begin channeling that part of myself into the life I’m living now without needing to have everything figured out?

Asha 🥹💗 I listened to the meditation, and honestly, it was such a profound experience. I felt like I reconnected with a part of myself that had felt so distant and lost, and returning to that energy felt almost like something within me was opening up. At one point, I found myself in this space where I felt like a tiny part of a vast universe, and somehow, all the things I’ve been worrying about felt so small. It was a beautiful reminder that there’s so much more to my existence than the fears and identities I sometimes hold onto so tightly. What fascinated me most is that the feeling of vastness reminded me of dreams I used to have as a child, where spaces and shapes would shift from incredibly big to incredibly small. I never really understood those dreams, but reconnecting with that feeling during the meditation felt strangely familiar. I’m still sitting with everything that came up, but I’m so grateful you created this journey for me. It feels like I’ve touched something within myself that I’d forgotten was there. Thank you for holding space for me to reconnect with it. 🥹🙏🏽✨
The naked truth
Knowing oneself is the medicine. The issue is, what most people know or accept as “themself”, is actually just a culmination of voices which represent thousands of years of programming and fear. What most of us consider our own voice, actually tends to be the voices of entities, wounds, and parasites. Who would we be without all of these influences? What would the voice in our heads even sound like? What kind of thoughts would we actually be able to have? What kind of things would we actually like? What kind of things would we actually feel called to create or express? How would we actually connect with one another? I feel we truly do not understand the extent to which we identify with things that are not actually of ourself. How many people have really heard their true voice, have really experienced their true nature, have really met their truest self without distortion? The process to doing so is not easy. The process of stripping oneself naked of all that is not oneself, requires the highest level of devotion. There is nothing easy about doing this. In fact this pursuit is quite maddening. The further we journey towards such discovery, the harder it is to understand, define, & conceptualize ourselves/experiences/beliefs through the frameworks we have always relied upon. Without this, what becomes our frame of reference? Nature, the ancestors, the spirit perhaps. Perhaps the original intelligence that’s been here all along, expressed without word, but through sacred images, silences, feelings, & knowings. I believe the truest, fullest expression of who we can be is still beyond even our wildest imaginations. But I believe we & the earth are on our way to discovering this.

This is beautifully said I remember this question from one monk he asked If you were stripped of your name, your job, your status, your gender, your relationships, your beliefs, your history — if you could no longer use any of these things to tell yourself who you are, what would remain? Who would you be then? And I think this question calls us to look beyond the material body and this illusory existence, and ask: Who are we, really, beneath it all?
Fall: cultivating the conditions for release
Every leaf will fall eventually, each at its own pace. There may be certain areas in your life where you are thriving and other areas in your life that you feel are delayed. Nevertheless, you are still right on time. The leaves of a tree do not all change color at once. Some branches may be full of brown leaves, some branches may be full of red, some may even still be green while others are beginning to fall— it is the same regarding the different parts of yourself. You will not be ready across every area of your life for change all at once. Allow this fall season to be about cultivating the conditions necessary for release versus trying to force endings. The body cannot release, will not release, as long as it does not feel safe. So if you have been struggling to let go of something whether an identity, a habit, a story, a feeling, it’s because you have not cultivated an deep enough sense of safety within. Fall is the time to slow down, go inward, to reflect, to get silent, to understand what allows you to feel safe and nourished. Cycles do not close through force or even through intention, they close through alignment, through completion. Letting go is allowed to feel gentle. A natural ending when honored timely, feels soft. Like the only next course of action available. What if letting go could feel as soft as the way the leaf falls from the branch to the ground? I believe it can, if our sense of safety and trust is strong enough. The ground is from where the leaf originated from. The ground is what the leaf spent its entire life being supported by, uplifted by. So why would the leaf be afraid of simply returning home to it? Likewise, every time we let go, we are simply returning parts of us back to from where they came. There is no loss, only recycling, transmuting, alchemizing. Eventually the leaf and all of the lived experience & wisdom it gathered before falling off the branch, becomes one again with the soil and becomes food for the same tree to grow new leaves. This is integration. Nature doesn’t waste. Nor will any part of ourselves be wasted either.

I really loved this. Bless you, sis 🤍 Suddenly, letting go feels less like this huge mountain I have to force myself to climb and more like something I can actually surrender into no deadlines, no rush that really reassured me. The image of the leaf really stayed with me. It doesn’t force itself to fall—it releases when it’s ready and trusts the ground to receive it. It doesn’t know exactly where it will land, but somehow it trusts enough to release. That felt very relatable to me. Maybe letting go isn’t always falling into the unknown; maybe sometimes it’s returning to something that has been holding us all along. And there’s something deeply comforting about realizing that I don’t have to know exactly where I’m going to be safe when I surrender. I can trust that I will be received without the need to control the outcome🍂
Honored To Be Here💜
Hello Beautiful Souls! My name is Sah’Rah Ma’at and I am honored to be here in this space. I work in the field of energy, wellness, and grief tendering. I was called to this space because I resonate with the overall message of the integration of death while we are still alive. Dying is the gift that life offers us. If we are blessed, we will all experience grief and death as a sacred teacher. Each day we are all dying and being reborn in someway because from one moment to another, we are not the same. I look forward to being in this space/community with like minded people as I learn and grow on this ever evolving path of life.💜

From Shadow To Superpower
I’m so excited for our upcoming workshop this Sunday 8am EST. This experience will be focused on transmuting a very specific shadow: DOUBT. As talked about last Sunday, shadows are living characters within our subconscious. As preparation for this workshop I invite you to watch this video. Not necessary, but it is one of my all time favs because it is so fascinating as it goes deeper into unpacking how shadows actually operate, as well as, how we learn the wisdom they have to offer. Sunday will be quite the journey 🤩 let me know if I’ll be seeing you there! https://youtu.be/rRVlWEwmbfQ?si=1SZq0CFTYDaOMAOC

I’ll definitely be there 🤍 Doubt is such a suppressive shadow, and I’m really curious to explore what lies underneath it and what wisdom it might have to offer. Looking forward to Sunday 🪴
