There is a new law for OH taking place and as you all know this is one of our key markets for closing deals. I just want to keep you informed of these changes yet keep in mind this does not apply to us and our OPTION AGREEMENT strategy as this only applies to wholesalers who act as THE PURCHASER and they are not. @Patrick Brown what if i cant assign it double close so i can use the option agreement to find buyer, we have then have seller sign pa agreement then another to buyer?

Top Producer X is doing exactly what I need it to do and I am already seen results. Starting Monday I already have 10 buyers I can connect with in both PA and OH markets. All the email and SMS alerts have been connected to my system so I can reach out to these buyers accordingly. Super excited to have this set up for the group.
