@Tim Hudds okay I see, thank you Tim for the explanation, it really does seem interesting but for now I can't accept this offer because I'm still in my early stages and I'm no near making $50k from streaming revenue. I will still try and reconcider in the future when it's the right time.

Honestly on the verge of both, I was thinking I could use my first single coming this June to sell to indie filmmakers and game developers who can't spend thousands of dollars for popular copyright songs, they can use my songs for just a few hundred dollars if my song fits their film or game style. Then on long term lump-sum I was thinking of pitching or reaching out to TV show to use my song in their show but that will be hard and it's not guaranteed as well
