Hey guys, was curious what you believe is the biggest two or three things holding your business back right now? This can be anything? Hey everyone, Jesse Bibbee here. I'm based here in Tampa, FL, and have been in the land game for a little over a year now (If anyone's local I'd love to connect). I've ramped up very quickly on the cash flip side, but I'm looking to hone in on the bigger value add plays. I have one active 58-lot entitlement deal here in Florida and a couple of other completed subdivide projects, so I see the opportunity that we have in front of us.
