Monday Motivation 💪☀️👌
Good morning! How was everyone's weekend? And what are your goals, mantras or aspirations for the week? My goal is to continue doing 20 min yoga everyday, and making sure I give myself healthy rest when needed. Healthy rest for me means gentle walks, playing guitar, and playing with my dogs. I love watching TV and it can be relaxing, but being sat for longer than 30 minutes my body really feels it.

Good morning! 😁 My goal for this week is to try and pace myself😬 I’ve been over doing things and spent most of last week running about like a headless chicken , it’s hard trying to find the right balance with an ADHD brain and an unstable body🤣. Took our 3 children bowling on the weekend and feel like I threw my shoulder out a fair few times so my goal is to try my shoulder stability exercises that I’m supposed to be doing this week! As well as the pelvic stability as my hips are being troublesome again 😅
Happy Saturday!
How has everyone's week been? Any wins or flare ups? Comment below 👇

@Jamie Franchini I do this! When feeling good it’s like I try to get everything done that I wasn’t able to during a flare, and then it puts me back into a flare! I’ve been coping quite well this week, but now today I’ve got intense pressure in my ears and head and my upper body and hips keep feeling like they are subluxing. Rest day today!
Topic Ideas
Over the new few weeks, I'll be adding resources and information on nervous system regulation techniques cervical instability exercises and recommended providers. Because working together helps us achieve our goal of helping more people. Let me know in the comments which other topics you are interested in learning more about?

Cervical instability- is this what you were working on in our last session? Sorry new to all of this! :)
Pelvis Stability Stages 1, 2 & 3
I have just completed all the video links and instructions for the pelvis stability exercises! Please start with stage 1, and see how you get on. Please ask me any question in the comments below, and we can help each other, or perhaps message me directly if you're needing some guidance.

Started on this yesterday evening Thankyou! The core engagement exercise I’m finding really difficult, I get a sharp pain/pinching feeling in the lower left hand side of my back!
