Someone asked me this week: what foods help with stress?
Such a good question. Here are a few of my favorites: Dark chocolate (at least 70%+), blueberries, leafy greens, avocado, pumpkin seeds, chamomile tea, oats, and fermented foods like kimchi or sauerkraut. The big theme? 𝗠𝗮𝗴𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘂𝗺 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗯𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘀𝘂𝗴𝗮𝗿. Stress always hits harder when you're running on empty. Which one are you already eating? And which one are you going to add more of? 👇

What are you up to today? I'm heading to my parents for brunch and then to a Sakura Fest happening 15 minutes away from them! I visited Japan several years ago and anything even slightly Japanese brings all the nostalgia back. Can't wait. What does your Sunday look like?

103.5 g of protein with my subs. It makes four servings so just over 25g of protein per serving which is better than most protein bars. Total carbs: 22 for the whole recipe or just over 5 per serving. 103 g of fat and just over 25 for each serving. 1400 calories or 350 cal per serving This is great for menopausal women!
