Not every day will feel powerful…
Some days will feel heavy, quiet, and unrewarding. But those are often the days that are shaping strength you can’t see yet. Progress doesn’t always look like winning. Sometimes it looks like showing up again after disappointment. Sometimes it looks like trying one more time when it would be easier to quit. That effort still counts, even when the results are delayed. One breakthrough can change the direction of everything. One moment of persistence can rewrite the story. Keep going not because it’s easy, but because the future you’re working toward depends on the consistency you choose today.

Hi Founders, I’m really excited to share that I’m currently working on a massive school campaign for 2026. We’ll be visiting 50+ schools across Cape Town and Gauteng, focusing on mindset, motivation, and real conversations that help young people believe in their future. Here’s the challenge I’d love your brains on 👇To raise funds for this initiative, I’m trying to auction a beautiful Tanzanite stone on radio. So far, I’ve emailed, called, followed up, and personally spoken to 25+ radio stations. (Following the bold advise and moves of C.O.F) No traction yet. I’m now intentionally looking for something out of the box. If you were in my shoes — wanting radio airtime for impact, not profit — What would you do next? Who would you approach? What angle would you flip? What bold move would you make? Sometimes the breakthrough is one creative idea away. I’d genuinely value your insight.

@Natasha Malan Huge congratulations on the boldness and scale of this vision. Reaching 50+ schools is a courageous step that will genuinely inspire young minds — well done for thinking outside the box. It's possible! Few ideas that came into my mind that might be helpful as you get ready for the pitch. 1. Flip the pitch – approach radio as a youth-impact partner, not an auction platform (tie it to CSR and legacy). positioning the school campaign as a CSR-aligned initiative means presenting it as an opportunity for radio stations or companies to: a. Invest in youth and education b. Strengthen their social impact and public image c. Be part of a meaningful, legacy-driven project That angle often opens doors faster than a pure fundraising or commercial pitch. 2. Leverage voices – involve a respected youth figure, educator, or past beneficiary to co-pitch the story.
Founders Hangout #1
Thank you to everyone who joined our first founders' hangout. It was fun and insightful. Our conversation today was mostly around time: how do we have more time? Work less but get more done? If you missed it, you can watch it below. What was your takeaway from today's session?
Founders Hangout #1
What an insightful thoughts. Although I wasn't able to join live, I was able to watch the recorded session. I truly need those 4 hours without attending to my phone, I find myself easily distracted... I like the idea of working less hours yet aiming to be more productive.
Happy and Blessed New Year 2026 fellow Founders!
As we step into this new year, may it be a season of renewed courage, sharpened vision, and unwavering commitment. This is the year to see clearly, to define your vision with intention, and to pursue it with faith and bold action. Great ideas only become impact when clarity meets consistency. Write the vision. Make it plain. Then rise each day and run with it—undeterred by challenges, focused on purpose, and committed to growth. May 2026 find us not only dreaming, but building; not only planning, but executing; not only starting, but finishing strong. Wishing you a year of wisdom, progress, and meaningful impact. Let’s move forward and make it happen.

Looking ahead to 2026 👀
As founders, we spend a lot of time reacting. Clients, cash flow, fires, opportunities. Before we know it, another year is gone and we’re still running someone else’s agenda. So let’s pause for a moment. When you think about 2026, what matters most to you right now? Not what sounds impressive. Not what you think you should say. What actually feels true. 👇 Vote below, then drop a comment if you want to add context. For 2026, my primary focus is: 🟦 Scaling revenue and profitability 🟩 Regaining time, energy, and personal freedom 🟨 Building systems so the business runs without me 🟪 Clarifying my vision and direction before pushing harder There’s no right answer here. Clarity always comes before speed. Let’s make 2026 a year we choose, not one that just happens to us.

@Gerold Joubert Building systems so the business runs without me For me, this is a key priority for 2026. Without solid systems, growth depends too much on the founder’s constant presence, which limits scalability and sustainability. Building clear processes, empowering people, and creating repeatable systems will allow the business to function consistently, deliver quality, and grow with less friction—while freeing up time to focus on strategy, leadership, and long-term impact.
