Be humble
Have you ever caught yourself looking at someone and thinking… “I’m doing better than them”? Maybe not out loud. Maybe just quietly, in your mind. And in that moment, it feels normal. But if we’re honest… we’ve all had moments where we felt behind too. Moments where we wished someone would understand us instead of judging us. We’re all just figuring life out. Some of us are ahead in one area… and struggling in another. Some people are smiling in public… but fighting battles in private. Some are progressing… just at a different pace. We’re not above anyone. We’re just on different parts of the same journey. So instead of looking down on people… Let’s choose understanding. Let’s choose kindness. Let’s remember what it feels like to need grace. Because one day, we’ll need that same grace too.

Be humble
I helped a man climb a mountain and found that I too had reached the top.
Have you ever noticed how we often think success is a solo journey? We focus on our own goals, our own progress, and what we need to achieve. It can feel like helping others might slow us down or take away from our own path. But the truth is, growth does not always happen in isolation. Sometimes, the very act of helping someone else move forward… moves us forward too. When we lift others, we do not lose progress. We gain perspective, purpose, and growth. We learn. We build character. We become better in ways we did not expect. Because success is not just about how far we go alone. Sometimes, it is about how many people we help along the way… and how that journey changes us too.

Most people label something as “hard” the moment it feels uncomfortable….
A new role. A new responsibility. A new level of expectation. But what we often call difficult is simply unfamiliar. And unfamiliar always feels overwhelming at first. Think about anything you’re now confident in. There was a time it felt confusing, frustrating, even intimidating. The only difference between then and now is exposure and repetition. You stayed long enough for it to make sense. The danger is not that something is hard. The danger is deciding too early that it is not for you. Growth requires you to sit in that uncomfortable phase where nothing feels natural yet. So the next time you feel like stepping back, remind yourself: this is not a limitation, it is a learning curve. Stay with it long enough, and what once felt impossible will eventually feel normal.
Circle of Founders Website: What We Built and What Is Coming
I want to share a progress update on what has been happening behind the scenes with the Circle of Founders website. When we started building circle-of-founders.com, the goal was not just a landing page. The goal was a complete ecosystem platform that serves founders before, during, and after they join. Here is what is live right now. The Founder Time Audit This is an AI powered voice diagnostic. You sit down with Archer, our AI diagnostic advisor, and have a real conversation about your business. Not a quiz. Not a form. A structured 15 minute voice conversation that covers nine areas of your operation: from how revenue is generated to where delegation has stalled to when you last fully disconnected. At the end, you get a branded PDF report showing exactly where founder dependency lives in your business, your top three time leaks, and a specific starting point. The methodology behind it is the same framework we use inside the membership. It is free. It takes 15 minutes. And the report gives you something you can act on immediately. circle-of-founders.com/time-audit The Founder Time Value Calculator This one is for the data driven founders. Twelve questions. Three minutes. Four personalised metrics: your revenue per hour, your strategic time percentage, your hours recoverable, and your buried capacity (the annual value of time currently absorbed by work that should not require you). It also generates a personalised investment case showing the ROI of reclaiming even a fraction of that time. You get a downloadable PDF with all of it. circle-of-founders.com/calculator The Full Website The homepage walks through the structural problem most founders face, the cost of founder dependency backed by real data, the 4 Day Founder Model, the Four Pillars, pricing, and a direct path to either tool or membership. It is built to do one thing: help a serious founder decide whether this is the right environment for them.

“I’ll start when things are better”?
When I have more time. When I feel more ready. When everything finally makes sense. It sounds reasonable in the moment. But the truth is, waiting for perfect conditions often becomes a habit. And before we know it, we’ve spent more time preparing than actually starting. If our progress depends on everything being perfect, we will always find a reason not to begin. Because life is rarely perfect. There will always be something missing. More time. More confidence. More clarity. But the people who move forward are not the ones who had everything figured out. They are the ones who started anyway. They built in the middle of uncertainty. They learned while moving. They figured it out as they went. So maybe the question is not “Am I ready?” Maybe it’s this: Am I willing to start… even like this?
