Yogic Breathing
Hi everyone! for the last weeks I've been extremly busy at work, finishing late and having little time for myself. So instead of continue with the course training or the youtube videos I've been practicing from what I've learn here. Because after working 11 to 12 hours with the computer just want to disconnect from technology. So I sit on a block and breath... What I found the most useful for me right not is a slow yogic breathing. Just to feel the movement of the air inside from the belly to the chest and back its really nice! So just wanted to share this :) Looking forward to continue learning new techniques here! namaste

Yes, as I changed the name, also the intro video on the About page wasn't in line with our name anymore, so I recorded a new video for the About page, and with that, I also created a new thumbnail. How was everybody's week and what are the plans for the weekend??😎
I know a lot of us have been very busy, as was I, but I'm just curious. How has your week been going? Did you maybe have some time to practice some breathwork, or did you use breathwork in certain situations? Or did you achieve any goals? Just let us know in the comments below. And what are the plans for the coming weekend? 🙂

Have a great weekend you too Yordi! I'm excited to continue the course, this weekend I have to keep working a bit :( but I'll be having some breaks to practice and learn from the new videos! Namaste
Nadi Shodhana
Just finish the lesson 4 of the course and it has been really helpful to dive deep into Nadi Shodhana. I've been practicing it for the last 2 years in yoga class and it was really hard to do at first but with practice you get used to!
Box Breathing
Hi there! I just did the box breathing video on youtube and it was amazing for starting my day!! Really recommend it :) breath well and have an excellent day
