Last Sunday I asked what the plans and goals of this week were... I am curious: Did you manage to stick with you goals and your plans? How was the week?

I just begin the Breathwork Essentials course and the first lesson was incredible! Really looking forward on continuing this adventure 🍃

You might have been seeing some changes here in this tribe. Beginning with the name of this community, the thumbnail, and the logo... And the reason is that I want the community to be more discoverable on the explore page. Which means that I have to be a little bit more clear about what this is about. Although the name "The Bohemian Tribe" is really strong, as it is an Umbrella term because the end goal is to host real-life retreats here in the Bohemian paradise, hence the name The Bohemian Tribe. It also stands for building a community and has a more deeper meaning... However, it's not really a name that, if you see "The Bohemian Tribe", you think, "Hey! That's about breathwork." And this is something I wanted to make a little bit more clear as I'm working on getting as many people as we possibly can, in an organic way, into this community. And I was also really fortunate that "Breathwork" just as "Bohemian" starts with a "B", so I am not changing too much here 🙂 But the main name of everything I'm doing and what everything will be build in the future will stay "The Bohemian Tribe". That being said, as this community develops and is still in its early stages, I might keep changing and tweaking a little things here and there, but the underlying mission: "To help as many people as I possibly can find their unshakable inner calm", stays the same.
